2020 Season Concession Refund

Our concession stand is a MAJOR fundraiser for our league. It is the main reason we are able to keep our registration fees lower than surrounding programs. We also do not ask you to raise money for the league in other ways.

As in the past, we ask for every parent to volunteer for at least one game to keep our concessions open and running all season. In the past, we've had parents write a $25 deposit check (at registration) to be held until the end of the season. If the parent worked at least one game's concessions, their check would be shredded. If the parent chose not to volunteer, their check would be cashed at the end of the season. 

This is our league's first year registering our players online, so we are handling the concessions volunteer shifts in a new way. This year, we ask that you sign up for at least one concession shift at the beginning of the season (details on signing up will be announced at a later date). At the end of the 2020 season, your card will be refunded 25% of the registration fee if you completed at least one concession shift.
